Terms & Conditions:

1. Qualification: Renter�s or driver�s minimum age 21 years old for car groups A, B, C and 25 years old for cars of other groups.
2. Driver�s License: A valid driver license held for a least one year is required.
3. Minimum Rental: One day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of daily rate.
4. Traffic Fines: Tickets are attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are borne solely by the renter.
5. Deposit: No deposit required
6. Third part insurance: All Value Plus vehicles are insured against liability to third parties for death or injury or property damage.
7. Collision damage waiver (C. D. W): Customer obtains collision damage protection by paying 3,50 Euro per day for car groups A, B, C, D 4.50 Euro per day for car groups E, F, G, H and 6,00 Euro for car groups I, and J provided also that the Driving Code was not violated. Damages to tires, windows and underneath the car are not covered by the C. D. W. insurance coverage.
8. Super C. D. W:  The renter�s responsibility for excess charges in vehicles is wavered at a daily charge of 2,35 Euro for groups A, B, C, D and 3,52 Euro for groups E, F, G, H, I, J
9. Limited Insurance Supplement: The renter is responsible for parking the vehicle in a safe parking area at all times. If vehicle is damaged in valid parking zone renter may waiver at a daily charge of 1,50 Euro A, B, C, D and 3,00 Euro E, F, G, H, I, J

Restrictions: renter must contract the office and hold a parking card.

10. Traffic fines: All traffic fines resulting from violation of the Greek traffic law during the rental period are at the renter�s expense.
11. Taxes: All rates are subject to 19% VAT
12. Fuel: Fuel consumed during the rental period is paid by renter.
13. Gasoline: Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter. Only unleaded must be used, unless specified for certain vehicles.
14. Extra Equipment: Baby seat (upon request)
15. Delivery � Collection: Free to Hotel, Port or Airport
16. Availability: Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.
17. Across the Boarder Rentals: Customers wishing to drive the car out of Corfu must have the advance authorization of the renting station. Plus pay an extra charge for required road service for the mainland. (Rate varies according to vehicle category).
18. Ferrying the Car: Cars cannot be ferried without the advance written authorization.
19. Method of Payment: Upon delivery of vehicle with either card or cash. No deposits required.
